Custom Tultex | S105 Fine Jersey Tank Top

Design your own tank on the Tultex S105 — a lightweight fine jersey tank cut from 4.5 oz ring-spun USA premium cotton. Smooth, tight-knit surface takes DTG ink beautifully, and the ribbed binding at the neck and armholes keeps the shape clean wash after wash.

How It Works

1. Upload Your Design: Use a high-quality, print-ready image file (PNG, SVG, PSD, etc). No blurry images please!
2. Need help? Want background removed or basic editing? Use the background remover upload function or message us via chat or email.
3. No Design? No Problem: If you want simple text printed, type your message in the text editor or leave your preferred vibe and text in the comment box — we'll help with font styles and send a preview!
4. Double Sided Print: Want graphics on both front and back? Check the "Two sided print" box — adds $5.
5. How fast? We'll print your tank in 1–2 business days.
6. Print Size: We can print up to 15x19 inches. Let us know in the comments if you prefer a specific size, otherwise we'll print what looks best.

Tolerance is ±1 inch on all measurements. 3XL is available but the mill does not publish measurements for it — message us if you need exact numbers before ordering.
